The stresses and challenges of the marketplace, of trying economic conditions and heightened competition, force the nursery industry to continually examine the fundamental premises of operation, to constantly re-tool methods and practices, and to refine business and marketing strategies and tactics to remain competitive.

Rather than resist change, the New England Nursery Association embraces the changes in our industry and strives to be an agent of change and a force for progress. Whether bringing the knowledge of new technologies to light, identifying new markets, expanding the knowledge-base of businesses, or improving professional standards, the goal remains the same: to prepare for the future today.

Mission Statement
The mission of the New England Nursery Association is to enhance the New England nursery industry network through education of our members, support of state and national activities, and increased awareness of the value of nursery products and services.

• To recognize that the environmental well-being of our world and the health and peace of mind of its citizens are dependent on the gifts of nature which are the stewardship of this industry and to conduct myself and my business with all the diligence and responsibility that stewardship requires.
